Breast enlargement is one of the most popular plastic surgery procedures. The aim of the procedure is to enhance the size and shape of a woman’s breast using saline filled or gel implants. By inserting an implant behind each breast, surgeons are able to increase a woman’s bust line by one or more bra cup sizes. The surgical operation is performed under general anaesthesia. After the operation special bra needs to be worn in order to immobilize and locate the implants. Physical effort should be avoided for 1 month period after the procedure.  Stitches are taken out 10 days post operative.
